My Rosé, which I like to think of as my answer to white wine, is characterised by its delightful fruitiness, ranging from strawberry to raspberry notes. Its beautifully balanced acidity makes it not only a perfect summer wine but also an excellent companion to light dishes.

Hidden within my Rot is a blend of two varieties. Predominantly made from Schiava, it exudes a fruity and playful character. The wine's complex bouquet includes the typical almond note, along with hints of lilac, cherry, and strawberry.

On the palate, it presents a noticeable tannin structure. Thanks to a small addition of Lagrein, the wine not only flows smoothly but also boasts a distinctive structure. It pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean appetisers and main dishes like lamb, rabbit, or game birds.

Lagrein, our leading variety, is wild, unique, full of character, and a bit special. Its flavour profile features a mix of cherry, dark chocolate, and plum alongside notes of raspberry and liquorice. The wine spends a year in barrique barrels, which softens its robust tannins and makes this bold wine more approachable.

Its richness, tannin structure, and acidity make it an excellent match for aged hard cheeses, meat dishes, and game.

Due to the relatively small scale of our production, I personally distribute my wines to restaurants and private customers. What I cherish most about this approach is the personal contact with my clients, which gives me the opportunity to share the philosophy and passion that go into making each bottle.

In addition to selling directly from the vineyard, I also offer guided tours of our facility by request, complete with a tasting session.
